RETURN POLICY
We sincerely hope you love your déWombcal™ product. However, we understand that circumstances may change. Please review the following Return Policy before making a purchase.
Returns
Returns may be requested within 30 days of delivery.
To request a return, please email contact@dewombcal.com with your order information and reason for the return. Do not send any product back until return instructions have been provided.
To be eligible for a return, the product must be:
Unused and uninstalled
In its original, undamaged condition
Returned with all original packaging, components, and hardware
Returns that do not meet these requirements may be denied.
Refunds
Once your returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether your return has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be issued to the original form of payment. Please allow up to 5 business days after receipt of the returned product for us to process the return. Your financial institution may require additional time for the refund to appear in your account.
Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or the product arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or Defective Products
If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery and provide a description of the issue and photographs, if requested. Damaged or defective products will be reviewed separately from standard returns.
Exchanges
If you would like to exchange an unused product, please contact us within 30 days of delivery. Exchanges are subject to product availability and must meet the same condition requirements stated above.
Unauthorized Returns
Products returned without prior authorization or return instructions may not be accepted or processed.
